2024 SPE YP Ski Fast Energy Bash

Welcome to the Annual 2024 SPE YP Ski Fast Energy Convention hosted by the Society of Petroleum Engineers – Denver Section! If you’re a ski or snowboard enthusiast and in the oil & gas industry, you won’t want to miss this blast of an event! This year we’ll be taking over the slopes of Keystone on March 8th – 10th, with tons of skiing, food, drinks, fun, and great networking throughout the weekend!
We hope you will stay the weekend and enjoy the slopes, great people, and all the exciting events. Plan to buy tickets for the days you’ll ski; lift tickets are not included in the registration! Busses will depart on Friday Morning and will return late Sunday morning. Feel free to attend any and all events, even if you don’t ski!

Registration Options
Registration this year is a-la-carte; Housing and Weekend Registrations are separate.
Weekend bundle includes the Friday Main Après Happy Hour, Saturday BBQ & Bar Crawl, Late Night Pizza and Weekend Beverages at the Mansions.
The Bus Registration is for roundtrip travel to and from Keystone.
The Friday Après Happy Hour includes a 3 year open bar and food at the base of Keystone.

Housing
Housing this year is first come first serve. We have a limited number of beds, so make sure to sign up early. We have priced the beds per category as to alleviate an confusion.

- Bachelor Bunks (Shared Room, Single Bed: Sleeps 1): $350
- Pull out couches (Living Room, Single Bed: Sleeps 1): $200
Lift Tickets
Don’t forget your lift tickets! Single-day tickets are available for purchase on the Keystone website (https://www.keystoneresort.com/plan-your-trip/lift-access/tickets) or the Epic Pass website (https://www.epicpass.com). We recommend purchasing tickets as soon as possible for pre-season discounts
