Join us for our section’s second 2026 Business Development Happy Hour, featuring a panel discussion moderated by Zack Warren on “Asset-Backed Securities for E&P Financing: Fad, or the Future?”. Industry leaders Mitch Ayer, Brian Lanier, Anthony Odem, and Hendrick Schroeder will share insights on the recent explosion in the use of Asset-Backed Securities for E&P financing. Several billion dollars have been raised using this method in the last couple of years, upending the market for O&G assets. Each of our panelists has been involved in multiple of these transactions.
