Speaker Bio:

John Huycke is a life-long drilling engineer with three decades of experience. His career has spanned assignments in the Delaware Basin, Anadarko Basin, Powder River Basin, DJ Basin, Uintah Basin, Bohai Bay China, deepwater Gulf of Mexico, Gulf of Mexico, Norway, Nigeria and the Bakken holding positions of drilling engineer to drilling manager and back down again. He earned a BS in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Kansas and an MS in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Texas. At PDC Energy, John was instrumental in planning and executing the first multi-well U lateral development as part of a highly motivated interdisciplinary asset team.
